FAQ

Questions, answered

Everything parents and swimmers usually ask before their first block.

How do the 8-session blocks work?

Every program is sold as a block of 8 coached sessions, paid once up front — no subscription, no auto-renewal. When your block finishes, you simply book another to keep going.

What ages do you coach?

We run three age bands: 3–6 years, 7–15 years, and adults. Stages 1 and 2 cover all three bands; the Pre-Competition and Competitive Progression stages start from age 7.

Which stage should my swimmer join?

If they're new to the water, start at Stage 1 (Water Confidence & Safety). If they can float and glide comfortably, Stage 2 (Learn to Swim) builds all four strokes. Not sure? Send us a message and a coach will recommend a stage.

When and where are the sessions?

We coach at pools in Cebu City and the surrounding provinces. There are no fixed public timetables — once you enroll, we arrange session times with you directly so they fit your schedule.

How do I pay?

Payment is online by card, one payment per 8-session block, in Philippine pesos. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your enrollment is complete.

What if a class is full?

Each class group has a capacity limit so coaching stays personal. If your group is full, join the waitlist — we'll contact you as soon as a spot opens.

Can I manage more than one swimmer on my account?

Yes — one account can manage multiple swimmers, so siblings can each have their own profile, stage, and block under a single parent or guardian login.

What does my swimmer need to bring?

Swimsuit, goggles, towel, and a water bottle. A swim cap is recommended for longer hair. For our youngest swimmers, swim diapers are required where applicable.
