Terms & swimming waiver

1. Enrollment & payment
Enrollment in a Tagumpayan program covers one block of 8 coached sessions, paid as a single one-time payment. Blocks do not renew automatically. Spots are confirmed only once payment is complete.
2. Swimming waiver & assumption of risk
Swimming carries inherent risks. By enrolling, you (or the parent/guardian of a minor swimmer) acknowledge these risks and confirm the swimmer is fit to participate. Medical conditions must be disclosed at enrollment so coaches can keep sessions safe.
3. Minors
Swimmers under 18 must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms and the waiver on the swimmer's behalf.
4. Cancellations & missed sessions
Session times are arranged with each group. Make-up arrangements for missed sessions are at the squad's discretion. (Final policy to be confirmed by the owner.)
5. Conduct & safety
Swimmers must follow coach and venue instructions at all times. The squad may remove a swimmer from a session where behaviour puts safety at risk.
