Privacy policy

1. What we collect
Enrollment requires swimmer details (name, date of birth, swimming ability), emergency contacts, parent/guardian details for minors, and any medical notes you choose to share so coaches can run sessions safely.
2. How we use it
Personal data is used solely to run the squad: managing enrollments and waitlists, arranging sessions, processing payments, and contacting you about your swimmer. We do not sell personal data.
3. Minors' data
We collect minors' information only with parental or guardian consent, and treat it — especially medical notes — as sensitive, with access restricted to squad administrators and coaches who need it.
4. Storage & security
Data is stored with reputable cloud providers, transmitted over HTTPS, and accessible only to authorised squad staff. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by the squad.
5. Your rights
Under RA 10173 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us through the contact page to exercise these rights.
